Starting Salary - £26,000 – 28,000 p/a pro rata
21 hours per week
From June 2017
Based at Fordell Firs near Dunfermline

We are looking for a talented, target-driven, highly motivated individual to work as a member of the Scouting Operations Staff Team.

You will contribute to our commitment to providing Scouting to more young people, being more representative of the communities in which we live, and ensure opportunities exist for young people to shape Scouting in partnership with adults.

Your work will be critical to helping us deliver our ambitious plans for the growth and development of Scouting in Scotland and ensuring that we continue to provide life-changing adventures for our members across Scotland.

Role Summary and Purpose

The Programme and Development Officer will be part of a professional team that are responsible for growing and developing the organisation and who will work in close partnership with our team of volunteers to achieve our vision for Scouting in Scotland.

About you

We are looking for someone with Scouting (or wider youth work) experience who will be able to provide direct support to the strategic direction of Scouts Scotland which includes support to our Programme and our People.
