Rights Challenge Badge design competition
We’re so excited to be teaming up with the Children and Young People’s Commissioner, Bruce Adamson, to launch a new badge. You can read all about our partnership here.
The badge is all about understanding your rights!
Human rights are a list of things that all people – including children and young people – need in order to live a safe, healthy and happy life. We hope our new badge will help Scouts all over Scotland learn more about their rights and how to challenge adults when their rights aren’t being upheld.
We’re looking for an amazing design for our new badge. All our young people from Squirrels to Network are able to take part.
This design could show off what human rights mean to you, why they’re important or be a visual example of how you would describe your rights to someone else. But those are only suggestions, be as creative as you like!
