Get free places at our Activity Centres through referral scheme
Spread the word about our Activity Centres and get free places for your young people!
Our Scout Adventures centres give young people opportunities to have fun, make friends and have adventures in the outdoors. Now there’s a way to spread the word about the benefits of our outdoor centres, supporting more young people to access our centres. From March 2023, when you refer a group to Fordell Firs, Lochgoilhead or Meggernie, both you and the group you refer will earn free spaces.
Here’s how it works:
Refer a friend, and both your group and your friend’s group will earn free places.
If you refer a group of 15 – 30, you’ll both get 1 free place
If you refer a group of 31 – 60, you’ll both get 2 free places
And if you refer a group of over 60 people, you’ll both get 3 free places

Terms and Conditions
Referrals cannot be within the same group/school.
If one party cancels, we may remove the free places from the booked group.
Referral only applies to Scottish Scout Adventure Centres
There is no cash alternative.
Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
There is no limit to the number of groups/schools a referrer can refer in our referral scheme although discounts will be applied to separate bookings and not cumulatively.
You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.
The referrer may be named in communication between Scout Adventures Scotland and the referred organisation.
In the event of any disputes regarding referred bookings, Scouts Scotland’s decision is final.
Scouts Scotland reserves the right to amend, terminate or alter the scheme as we see fit.
