As part of Scouts Scotland, our Scout Adventure Centres are a natural home for Scouts and youth groups wanting their young people to build skills for life in a safe, outdoor environment.
We have lots of options available – short and long indoor and outdoor stays that can be run by our instructors or self-led.

DofE at Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead
As a DofE Approved Activity Provider, Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead can support or manage bronze, silver and gold DofE expeditions. Supported by a professional staff team with extensive experience of the outdoors, our hiking, canoeing or cycle expeditions give DofE groups access to wilderness environments and mountainous terrain in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. We can also provide training for leaders to become assessors.

24-hour on-call support

DofE Residential at Scout Adventures Fordell Firs
We currently run an annual Gold DofE Conservation Residential at Scout Adventures Fordell Firs. This packed five-day experience in Fife allows you to explore and learn about the diverse outdoor environment a stones-throw away from Scotland's capital.
DofE at Scout Adventures Meggernie
